Bohac Architecture provides architectural design services for single- and multi-family residential, commercial and healthcare projects.
New two-story structure containing an accessory dwelling unit over a two-car garage, with features and detailing consistent with the primary residence completed two years earlier. Total structure area was strictly limited by Seattle zoning, so the challenge was to make the most of a very small space.
