Remodel and addition to a large and well-maintained original Craftsman home in the northeast quadrant of the Capitol Hill neighborhood. An existing one-story addition built in the 1970's is to be removed and replaced by a new two-story addition permitting a new and dramatically-improved open-plan kitchen and dining area on the main floor and an all-new master bedroom suite above.
