I am a Washington-licensed and NCARB-Certified architect working in the Seattle area for the past twenty-four years on a wide variety of project types and programs: new and remodeled single-family homes, multi-family and mixed-use residential/commercial projects, commercial and retail tenant improvements, and new, expanded and remodeled independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.

My approach to the design process emphasizes clear and open communication, advocacy for sustainable construction, the consistency of aesthetic language, and a thoughtful and measured effort to optimize the functional quality, beauty and long-term value of the built result.
